Job Responsibilities:


Generate prospects for our enhanced product line. Solicit leads from personal contacts, inside and outside sales teams, networking professionals, customer referrals, dealers and referral agents.
Schedule appointments and meet with customers and prospects to conduct a thorough needs analysis, schedule a product demonstration, or refer for other TDS services.
Conduct product demonstrations for customer and prospects to create interest, answer questions, uncover and overcome objections, and'most importantly'move the process forward.
Develop and present a value-based proposal to the customer, as needed. Gather all pertinent background information, configure the enhanced products and/or services, and present the solution and/or respond to the customer's RFP.
Follow up as needed to move the sale forward, including: answering questions, responding to competitive offers, reconfiguring the solution, close the sale and submit the order.
Transition accounts to the account management team for retention and growth. Answer any questions regarding the order and be available to support the customer upgrade.
Serve as the subject matter expert for our enhanced product line in the local market. Work with Regional Marketing to plan and lead sales seminars for the enhanced product line. Perform demos for new employees, dealers, and referral sources. Maintain knowledge of the enhanced product line. Provide valuable feedback to our Commercial Marketing team.
Report work activity as directed by supervisor. Maintain sales process status and current information for prospects and existing customers in the Sales Force Automation system.
