Position Description:
This position handles the fulfillment of data center and distributed server infrastructure and services. Specific responsibilities include managing open space projects for incremental hardware, storage and software as well as project management for server decommissions and server end of leases. Infrastructure quotes for business partner billings will also be required on occasion. This role also provides the Application Project Lifecycle Management with required billing information, provides service owners with server and storage capacity forecast requirements, and provides business partner requirements to appropriate fulfillment implementation teams. Available server inventory must also be managed. Periodic project implementation metrics and reporting is required as well.

Central Service Technician performs activities of decontamination, preparation/packaging/sterilization of patient care equipment including traction, and/or case carts.  Assists Coordinators to accomplish related tasks for their activity center such as inventory control and procedure development as well as quality control/management tasks. Minimum Requirements: 1.) Must have completed a Central Service Technician course or in the process of completing the Central Service Technician course and be in the final one quarter of the course OR 2.) Minimum of one year full-time experience in Central Processing - requires completion of CSTC within two years of assuming position. 3.) Prior experience in Central Processing or a related department preferred.

The fundamental role of the Technical Support Specialist is to ensure that all computer needs are met for employees at multiple sites, enabling them to be as productive as possible. 6. Provide on-site support for Systems administrators, including:

c. Troubleshooting connectivity issues between Remote Users, Clients and Servers including visitors
d. Load, configure and test software including Windows Operating Systems
e. Configure and test new equipment for compatibility with site systems
f. Create and maintain Ghost Images of systems
g. Document test results, and make recommendations for new policies and procedures
h. Troubleshoot Printer issues
i. As needed, burn and copy data to CDs (Transfer files securely over media)
