A fast growing manufacturer of engine components is seeking an experienced CAD designer to support their operations in Northern Washtenaw County.
Skills and Competency:
Must have recent design experience with 2D AutoCad software. Solid model design software knowledge is beneficial, but not without AutoCad experience.
Background designing Dies, Fixtures and Gauges is preferred.
Experience with welding and metal fabrication manufacturing processes is beneficial
Creation of drawings and highly knowledgeable with Geometric Tolerance and general drawing standards.
Microsoft Office Software knowledge is preferred with strong ability to communicate in writing and verbal.
Technical Degree is beneficial, but will consider candidates with proven design experience.
