Firm’s objectives are twofold: to raise $3 billion of capital per year for our growing roster of 30 plus top-tier alternative asset and long-only fund managers, and to leverage firm’s relationships with client fund managers to launch a Global Fund, allowing institutional investors world-wide to participate in a unique, alternative asset-focused strategy.

Firm’s proprietary, innovative process transforms the way the alternative asset industry raises and allocates capital. Firm is recruiting passionate, entrepreneurial team members to help achieve firm’s vision and seeks talented Vice President and Partner-level candidates with potential for promotion and increased responsibility.

Candidates have the opportunity to vest into firm’s revenue-sharing pool, combined with substantial performance incentives. Firm seeks strategic long-term thinkers. Potential to earn substantial compensation through multiple income streams are expected over the next few years.

Brief Description: 

Business Banker, Full-Time, 40 hours, 8-5 Monday-Friday.  Responsibilities include developing and maintaining profitable business banking relationships.   

Detailed Description:
 Our Business Bankers provide “Simply the Best" customer service at all times.
 In this position, you will be responsible for:

Developing and maintaining profitable business banking relationships.
Portfolio sizes that may vary in terms of complexity of credits and number of accounts.
Analyzing composition of portfolios to determine if retention and expansion of existing client relationships is the primary focus versus acquisition of new business.
Identifying needs, recommending products (including cross sales) and negotiating loan terms.
Coordinating approval of loans through the Business Loan Center.
Partnering with banking office staff and Business Development Leader to promote business banking sales.
Monitoring maturing loans and upcoming renewals.
Adhering to pricing discipline and credit quality standards.
